My first impression of this apartment complex was that it had very nicely kept grounds and the aesthetically pleasing building structure conveniently located. The office staff seemed very professional and courteous."

"I have tried applying to Trove eastside in November and it has been nothing but a cycle of nonsense. This is an income housing apartment complex and I made under the annual income limit, and they asked for outrageous & excessive requests. Why would any apartment complex ask for 6 months of bank statements one week, then a week later ask for VENMO & ZELLE statements. That is where I drew the line and respectfully told them this is a poorly run apartment complex. Which is honestly an invasion of my privacy. This was all after my background check, which was spot clean. I would advise looking else where, unless you enjoy having your privacy invaded."

"Beautiful place for a low income apartment complex; they have a gym, computer facility, laundry room, a learning center with an activities coordinator and a playground right next to it!! The people who works in the office, are absolutely professional. The communication and kindness made my decision to apply to this apartment so easy and I can't wait to move here! Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're looking for great value."

"So, we submitted an application in May of 18 for August of 18 and they kept saying we were approved, right? So come August 1st, they tell us we’re missing paper work and somehow we kept missing paperwork every time we called them for an update. We show up to check on the apartment we were to get, turns out it still wasn’t ready. We walked into workers painting and changing carpets and missing closet doors. The manager and assistant manager didn’t even bother to try to speed up the process (mind you, we had been doing paper work for this place almost 3 months) they knew we were homeless because we had to be out of our old place by July 31, they new we had to rent a uhaul daily for our things because we have no family in Austin at all and they kept telling us “tomorrow it will be approved” , “tomorrow, we’re just waiting for corporate.” We ended up having to find a new place, pay another deposit, and we lost the $325 that we had given towne vista even though we gave up on them because of THEIR lack of communication and THEIR negligence. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Don’t even bother with them. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING."
