"Stayed here from Feb 2022-Feb 2023. When I started, this place had 4.6 stars since it was still the developer's project managers. It all went downhill when Greystar took over. They immediately fired security staff so that my car was broken into 2 weeks after (on the 5th floor). Of course they let me know they're not liable for anything, which is true, so they have no incentive to maintain security. Break-ins occur daily, just pray it's not your unit this time. I could add many more stories, but I'll leave it at that. I left the place in near perfect condition. I was expecting not to receive my full deposit back, but they didn't even send me a notice after I moved out that they're keeping it. Just ghosted."

"Hi I been living at the Zoey with my girlfriend for a year now & within the past year we have gotten new management pretty much every other month. The gate has not worked the entire stay here and they have recently put in a new gate. The gate is malfunctioning and it is coming down on top of cars and not sensing they’re there. They refuse to show camera footage to us of the accidents and they do not care. They continue to put the blame on tenants and would rather hide the problems, and threatening to sue tenants that speak up about the safety hazard. Would say management is bad but sure they will not be here soon."

"I’ve been staying here for seven months and the only issues I’ve had is security package is getting stolen and random homeless people in the apartment as well as the call box, not working,. Before I moved in, there were so many bad reviews about management change and security. My lease when I signed it the people at the leasing office. Let me know if I didn’t have a car. I was not going to have to pay for parking monthly, so I signed my lease. I started having issues with my unit and wanted to transfer unit and all of a sudden they they factored in parking and other charges because I just wanted to change apartments. I let the new office manager know that when I moved in, I asked them if I was going to have to pay parking because I didn’t have a car and the lady who is still currently here told me no I didn’t have to because I don’t have a car. She told me it was for the parking garage but on my lease I pay an amenity fee. I tried to let her know that I don’t have a car. It’s unfair for me to pay parking if I’m only transferring unit for the remainder of my stay and she just refuses to honor the list that I already have and signed with the previous office manager. It’s also very difficult to reach them by calls or emails. It’s an okay apartment but for the price I wouldn’t say it’s worth it."

"My husband and I unfortunately lived there for a whole year. At the beginning everything seemed to be fine until management was bought out by Greystar, the security gate was open from Friday to Monday (because of Airbnb traffic), anyone could literally walk in the building without needing a fob (which we would pay for monthly). We experienced vandalism left and right and no one cared to solve the problem. Also, one of our windows got broken due to vandalism or probably someone tried to brake in and the staff failed to take action to repair it after a whole month (this happened during this last freeze late Jan). Some guys broke into our storage unit and basically took about $4k-$5k worth of our belongings. This happened on a Monday (the last time they went in/they were recorded by a neighbors camera) and the staff failed to mention this to us until we found out on our own after 4 days of the incident (which they had been alerted by the tenant with the cameras). I don’t recommend this place for living, I did not feel safe whatsoever. I don’t wish this experience on anyone!"
