"Place is nice and calm. The common areas seem to be always clean and that's due to the Mrs Brenda. She is definitely the friendliest person you can ever meet. I think every one knows her in the entire complex."

"Miss. Brenda is the best employee at The Mont. She is always doing her job making the building that I live in look good and smell good. I don't go into the other ones, but I'm assuming she does the same thing at those as well. Unfortunately, she has to pick up the tenant's dog feces in the building. That, to me, is going over and Beyond, but she does it with a smile every time I see her. She is always super friendly, unlike the people inside the office. So shout out to Miss Brenda if no one hasn't told you you are amazing."

"Management is awful - have had multiple issues with my unit including not having a working HVAC unit for over 2 weeks during the peak of the summer. Maintenance was very kind and responsive, but management couldn't care less. I was given a window unit air conditioner but my apartment was still regularly over 80 degrees and management refused to provide any type of make good or concessions on rent. Additionally, during the final month of my lease I was charged for a full month of rent even though my lease ended on the first week of the month. I've called the leasing office multiple times, left a voicemail, and sent an email directly to management and have not received a response."

"This is the first apartment I’ve seen in this area that actually had the space I need in the closet and with bookshelves! I LOVE the kitchen, and the nicer washer and dryer! The ladies in the office have been so sweet, and didn’t turn me away for not having an appt like some of the other places I went to."
