"Management is off the walls, the rarely answer the phones, I’ve had multiple work orders put in since the day I moved in ( more than 2 months ago). Nothing has been fixed besides a leaking faucet. They hung the balcony door wrong so if I have the heat or ac on all of it goes outside, my freezer leaks turns the whole freezer into ice. They do not strive to help you out. I was one of the first people to live into these apartments and they still couldn’t help me out so they probably won’t help you."
"The apartments are beautiful since they are new. **Make sure, they approve you first! Before you make your deposit payment because if you’re not approved they will keep your deposit. I kept calling to see if they sent out my deposit check and the manager said I would receive it in two weeks but I have not received it yet. They will NEVER call you to see if you received it, so you have to call them. Alexandra, said we were approved for an apartment, set up a move in date and a time to come to get the keys. The day we were supposed to come in to get the keys, she sent out a email saying we were denied. She did not call. She sent an email! Since then, I have not seen a check in the mail of the $500 deposit that I’ve made because she said we were approved. Make sure you are approved before you send the deposit!!"

"This place was amazing. My husband and I went for a tour. Unfortunately we didn't get the tour you expect to get. Molly was looking at her phone the entire time she talked to us. There wasn't a moment she looked up to us, zero eye contact. She walked us to the rooms and stayed at the front door on the phone. We toured ourselves. She was slamming doors. I don't know if she was having a bad day. But from all the tours we did today this was the worst. Beautiful apartments but if that's how the staff is going to treat residents I rather not."
