"Lived here from 2021-2022. They’re all small studios but recently remodeled to feel very modern. Plenty of off street parking, for residents and their guests. A one block walk from the beautiful lake, quick freeway access, and close to downtown. I’ve had a lot of landlords in my day but Jay(the landlord here) is easily the best. He is friendly, kind, and responsive to tenants needs; getting things done the same week, if not the same day. For the location, what you get, and the quality management it is an amazing deal that I would highly recommend."
