"Very grateful to be out of that area and apartment. Very unsafe area, obnoxious neighbors where you can hear everything, maintenance is “fast” but they only with painting over the mold above me instead of doing anything. Moreover, random people would park in my parking spot and if my friends would park there it would get immediately towed everytime. At one point, the garage man decided to just leave the dumpster on the parking spot which was just rude. Overall, I couldn’t bring myself to want to stay here and build a life."

"Been living here for the last 4 months and I cannot say it enough that the management here is on top of everything and is always responsive to emails and texts. Whenever something goes wrong or a complaint is made, they make every effort to address the problem. Thank you Danielle and Juan for caring about the tenants who live here and making sure we are comfortable! You guys rock"

"I recently moved here and couldn't be happier. I've honestly never known an apartment manager (Danielle) to be so upfront, reliable, and attentive. The first day I needed maintenance to come and they were on top of it immediately. The place is immaculately clean. I haven't seen one bug yet either. Compared to other places I've lived, Danielle the manager is an absolute blessing. Management that actually cares about the property and her tenants. 5 stars for sure."
