"My lease is ending so just wanted to leave some feedback about this complex, I lived here for 6 months and had mixed feelings about living here. Pros: - affordable rent and internet, good amount of space for the price and proximity to downtown - gated complex, fairly safe, but I would recommend a privacy screen for your porch or some kind of doorbell camera due to crime in the area - lots of families live here and are very friendly, there is a good sense of community here -leasing staff/maintenance staff is nice Cons: -area surrounding the complex is sketchy -roaches, my building has a bad roach problem. I used the pest control they provided and they literally just walked into my apartment while I was sleeping and really did not fix the roach issue much. This is ultimately what made me not want to renew my lease. -no in-unit laundry, laundry room has a lot of broken/outdated machines -the units are veryyy old, outdated appliances, wood from counters flake off, no microwave. My dishwasher fell out of the wall multiple times due to the counters flaking underneath. -units are very close together so you don't get a lot of privacy. walls are thin and sealing on windows is not great so you hear a lot of noise from your neighbors. Ultimately for me the cons outweighed the pros so I didn't renew my lease, but this complex is a good choice for students or families who want a good amount of space for a decent price."

"I lived here for a little over 4 years. Over that time never had an issue directly or indirectly (like gate issues, amenity problems, etc.) that wasn’t reasonably taken care of. The office & maintenance staff are top notch. For the price & for the area it is by far the best bet. The negatives, well you can’t pick your neighbors lol but that’s any where you go & frequent laundry machine issues like dryers not drying or washers not draining all the way. Easy enough to avoid though if you make note of which is where. In conclusion, I’d recommend. I was in the about 420sqft unit , brand new to the city for 1st job after graduation. Comfortable enough for me to save up $ while also frequently traveling for work. Moved for more space & they didn’t offer the floor plan I wanted. Honorable mention: Miranda, most times I had to stop by the office I ended up dealing with her; always super professional & great at following back up with you when needed. Also my Move Out process was very smooth if that gives you any idea of how the office runs."
