Reviews of The Enclave
"Leaving The Enclave I must highlight Martin and Elizabeth's remarkable dedication to work as hard as they can to create a welcoming community. Their exceptional attention to residents' needs and efforts to enhance our living experience have set a high standard. They've made this more than just a residence; it's a home. As I move, I hope to find a team as committed as they are in my new community. Your hard work is deeply appreciated."
"I lived here for 8 months and I've noticed a considerable decline since I've been here. The grounds are littered with trash, maintenance is terrible and responds extremely slowly, the laundromat is disgusting and frequently has broken machines that are never repaired as well as neighbors that leave their laundry in the machines for hours tying them up, they frequently turn off the water without any notice (This has happened when I was trying to take a shower before going to work), there's dog crap everywhere because every other person here owns a dog and doesn't pick up after them, there are loud parties mostly from Mexican neighbors (non-English speakers) late at night playing Tejano music in the parking lot late at night, the mailboxes have been out of operation for months due to people breaking into them (This forces you to have to go to the post office which has lost my mail several times including cashier's check I needed for an emergency),etc. I could write pages about the negative experiences. Calls and emails to the front office go unanswered with no follow up. In addition, I found out in talking with neighbors that there has been a huge influx of Section 8 residents living here while I'm playing my hard-earned money to live here. Many of these people don't care about getting evicted because they're not paying the full rent price that I and other residents are paying. Even worse, the complex next door and the neighborhood located behind the complex often have loud parties and disturbances with fireworks (although they sound like gunshots sometimes) going off around the clock. On two occasions that I'm aware of, people have tried to break into cars in the parking lot right in front of the units! This is horrible."
"If you want to see the ugly truth about my experience at this apartment complex, you need to watch this video. https://youtu.be/SpZP1YsHJ1E I had nothing but roach problems the entire time and got a strep infection shortly after I moved in which lasted until after I finally gave up and moved out saw my fourth doctor. Roaches carry strep along with many other illnesses including staph and polio. I felt sick all summer, I had rashes on my neck all summer. After being out of that apartment for three weeks and on antibiotics for a week, the rashes are gone and I feel like my old self again. There’s no telling what long-term effects I will have from their neglect. They never did eradicate them after 7 months of killing roaches almost every day. They were in every room of the house, in my kitchen, in my food, in my bed, crawling on me while I slept. The night before I moved out, I found another one on the wall behind my bed, two feet from where my head was at night. My experience was a living nightmare. I don’t recommend The Enclave to anyone."
"Wow.. really impressed with Maintenance. Came out twice for help managing flooding already....Jay sure does a great job digging trenches. She gets " right" done when she has " The Direction to Go".... "On It!" is definitely her Motto. I post a request for Maintenance on the Portal and practically same day issue was worked on. They are also continuing to work to make our Outside Area look nice so I am really looking forward to posting pic when done. Looks like Elizabeth, Martin and Jay (who by the way said to ask for her specifically when have an emergency prob they can help with anytime). Go Beautification:)"
