"Apartment management are hypocrites and Karen’s. My nephew was a runaway and we filled a police report that same night. The very next morning, we get a message from the office concerning a window that my 13 year old nephew “punched out” and broke with his bare fist the same night he ran away. After speaking with the police the night before and not seeing my nephew and not having any idea if he was safe or not. I went to the office to ask what information they had so I could report it to the police as this would have been the latest confirmed sighting of him. The management was unwilling to help me and I refused to leave because there was no time to waste in getting information on my at the time missing nephew. They called the cops on me and I said “good,” I want the cops to come so you can give them the information you have instead of playing phone tag with everyone. The cops never even showed up because I wasn’t threatening or unreasonable. Now the apartments are not allowing our household to renew a lease because they had to call the cops on myself. We paid for the damages to the window to have it completely replaced. In addition, they discriminated against my nephew that has a disability by banning him from the premises and threatening to call the cops if he ever came over again. All they do is over react and threaten to call the cops. The cops are probably tired of the Karen’s calling for every little thing. If they were in my situation, what would they have done? Take no for an answer? Hypocrites, Karens, liars and cowards is what they are."

"***OK, SO I POSTED THE POST BELOW 4 WEEKS AGO & I JUST WANTED TO ADD THAT ON JUNE 29th(my birthday) MY TRUCK WAS STOLEN OUT OF THE PARKING LOT & THEY HAVE NO CAMERAS, SECURITY OR ANYTHING THAT COULD HELP THE SITUATION. IT GOES BACK TO THE PARKING SITUATION BC HAD I BEEN ABLE TO PARK CLOSER TO THE COMPLEX THERES A BETTER CHANCE THAT I WOULD STILL HAVE MY VEHICLE…*** The parking situation is what bothers me the most. I’ve lived here almost 3 months and can count on one hand how many times I’ve been able to park near my building. I usually have to park way far off to the side of the complex and when I have groceries it’s brutal!! The only way I’m able to park close is if I get here before 5pm and don’t leave the rest of the night, how sad is that. There’s plumbing & AC problems that is chalked up to the age of the building, so I just gave up on the situation. Whoever did the painting and caulking in this unit, a monkey could do a better job!! And I just got an email stating that peoples cars are being vandalized in this complex and here I have to park my car all the way in Africa so I’m sure it’ll be an easy target and I have no way to keep an eye on it unless I walk a quarter mile.. Lesson learned."

"I've lived at Willowbrook for 2 years and it is okay. The maintenance staff is good and the cost is not too high. However the laundry center is absolutely awful, not only have my clothes been stolen on multiple occasions but the machines are constantly broken, double charging you, or flooding and refunding is incredibly tedious as they only let you request refund on one transaction every few days.Be sure to get a unit with hookups."

"The property management company are absolute crooks. The leasing managers don’t care. The units are dark and small. Mad homeless. I got an eviction notice despite my rent being paid 6 weeks in advance. Also got a $700 charge for my “security deposit transmittal” even though the place was clean. Property manager Vicki will suffer in the after life."

"Finally done with this place. Consider other options before apply to this place. When we first moved in it was great and after a few months it just went down hill. Almost every few months the main water pipe needed repairs, we've had multiple bug issues and not to mention multiple visits from fire fighters and police units coming to the apartment complex at least once a month for problematic tenants. This place is not worth it because of how old it is and the constant need for repairs. I wouldn't wish it on anyone."
