"Well I Love the women that work in the office they go out of their way help and their residents, I have had a great and professional time when Ive come by the office and asked for help or anything. And to the person who responded about the homeless. I personally haven't seen one sleep in the hallways but bi could be mistaken, but who are you or me to judge.....Arent we all human or do you think your better than them. If so then you are maybe you should go read a Good Book. Try walking in their shoes. i love it here."
"EL PEOR LUGAR PARA VIVIR If you want a place where you get robbed, have to suffer anger, have the office staff not help you and tell you the stupidest excuses you have ever heard in your life, this is the place for you. A headache as hell Terrible management, dirty and full of cockroaches. If you value your life and your family, I recommend you look for ANOTHER PLACE TO LIVE."
"As a current resident with a 12-month lease, I feel it's important to share my experience after a few months of living here. I've observed a noticeable lack of attention and care from the management towards both residents and the property itself. Unfortunately, the safety and security of this place have been concerning. Instances of vehicle break-ins and package thefts have been distressingly common. Additionally, there have been instances of individuals visibly intoxicated in open areas, which raises concerns about the overall safety of the environment. Despite the claim of having functional security cameras, their effectiveness has come into question, as they seem to be either non-functional or regularly resetting according to authorities. The promised luxuries this place advertised have not been reflected in the living experience. The current state of affairs suggests a stark contrast to the standards that were initially set. It is my genuine hope that the management either addresses these pressing issues promptly or makes necessary changes in leadership. Without these changes, it's likely that the overall quality of living here will deteriorate. Prospective residents deserve to know the truth about the living conditions, safety, and overall management practices before making a decision. I urge the management to take immediate steps to rectify these concerns for the well-being of the current and future residents."
"We lived here for two years, and for a third of that time we had no mailbox or working elevator. It took over three months for repairs to be completed, and the office staff took great pains to avoid drop in visits as well as phone calls. When we moved out, we left a forwarding address however a few months after the fact, there is a notice from a collection agency from our move out five months ago. Do you think the incompetent staff gave them our forward address? Nope, they were sending a bill to... the Bridge at Cameron. Evil, horrible, scamming slum lords. I've been in contact with the management company who are just as useless. If you're looking for a place to live in Austin, keep moving. Rent is rising even as trash, pests, broken "amenities" and the ever-changing office staff pile up!"
"terrible service, aglea rocha made me buy a money order for the application and deposit and told me that I did not qualify and could not give me the apartment after he had told me yes, they have a terrible service in the office they never answer the phone and when you go ask they always answer you badly or look at you badly, they always close the office hours before. make sure they like you or they won't give you the apartment. unprofessional, my friend moved and the apartments are full of roaches, the hallways and stairs always smell like pee and cigarettes or weed, and the elevator breaks down all the time. They always have a lot of garbage outside and in the rooms."
