"Having lived here for over two years, I can confidently say it's been a problem-free experience. Ms Kelsea, our manager, is highly responsive, kind, and always listens to our concerns. Her belief in open communication fosters a strong community bond. Plus, we're conveniently surrounded by essential stores like HEB, Walgreens, barber shops, restaurants, pawn shops, Dollar Tree, and even a Mexican market – no need to drive far! The affordable rents and spacious apartments make it even better. The maintenance team is quick, efficient, and friendly, ensuring our comfort at all times. "I am residing in Villas since July 2015 , have seen many managers but from my experience interacting with Ms Kandy Asher, I would say she is really nice and always maintains a proper decorum while talking with the resident. Even assistant manager Ms Kelsea Gauspohl is good and when ever I had any maintenance request , got fixed on the same day. I was determined in 2020 to move out from Villas but after meeting with Kandy, I changed my mind and prefer to continue living here in Villas .There is lot of changes took place since new manager and assistant manager has come into management.If there is anything above 5 star, I would prefer to give that.."
