"Before long this place won't be affordable living anymore since they keep increasing their rent by $40.00-$50.00 every year. Basic jobs don't even increase their raises that much. They do not have low-income tenants in mind. This place will be victim to gentrification in a few years."

"The noise is the big issue, when you report it to the leasing office, they will say there is a normal noise and real noise, specially with the tile floor the noise is really bad, and I don’t understand why people will be moving furnitures, running around, kids jumping and walking around 12:00 , 01:00 am, why it will be considered a normal noise, and you will be asked if you could provide a proof, common, that is really nonsense. 2nd there are a groups of teenagers moving around from one building to another, ringing doorbells, knocking at the doors, leasing office installed cameras but it’s seems it’s not working or they don’t want to do something about it. 3 residents are speeding, the other day the middle school students were almost ran over by a speeding car, I reported to the Leasing office which,is theirs responsible to issue violation to the residents but unfortunately I haven’t heard back from the leasing office since."
