"That place is a borderline section 8 Crack house. Roaches ran off the wildlife that used to come in from the creek. It's sad cuz it was nice before Katrina. After that it's gone downhill fast. The furniture piled up by those rectangular dumpsters from evictions is pathetic. And then charging $1300+/mo. for a one bedroom ought to be illegal."

"Some very very nice Apartments I like to Unique way they made them a very nice clean inside and out right now they're painting them on the outside anyone would love to call them home"

"NO STARS!!! Both name and management has changed for the umteeth time. I believe it is now called The Canyon. The issues with this place are insurmountable. Long story short....bad foundation, constant cracks, pipe bursts, and sewage leaks. Horrible management. Poor maintenance. The rent is through the roof. Crime is high. Homeless camp right behind complex which constantly causes transient traffic. Some homeless have even been so bold as to squat in unoccupied apartment units...these are just to name a few... definitely a No No."

"Its not the best looking apartments in the area but it is easily accessible from I-35 and Lamar Blvd. It looks as if they are currently in a remodeling project for the complex so one lot of parking spaces are not available due to storage boxes being placed in that area. Its not a easily maneuvered design especially if you are driving Truck and trailer combo."

"I live there so I suppose it is law that I have to like it but I really wish they would stop showing amenities that do not apply. They do exist but have not been reopened since this whole covid issue started. Make some safety adjustments and make these amenities available again. Get it done."
