I can get on I-35 easily and head to where I work in north Austin. The property has been very receptive to my requests. The leasing team was great and helped me move in on short notice. "Living on Rundberg is what it is...it can be very loud, dirty and crowded. The only reason my husband, children and I live here is because the previous management worked with our rental history(old broken leases). We moved into Northchase Apts in February of 2015. Slumlord ownership has changed a few times since living here. The current owners took over almost a year ago. So far, I have seen some improvements. The quality of people they are leasing to now seems to have improved. They've also made a few get-togethers for the residents. On Valentine's Day, they hung heart candy boxes on our doors which was really cute. But the best improvement I feel has been the new manager. Delma is absolutely awesome. Anytime I've gone to her with an issue, she addresses it immediately. She's definitely a people person who does whatever she can to help. And her new assistant Rosie is a sweetheart. It's really refreshing to have a more professional office staff around here. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the next developments."
