Despite the turnover in management over the months, the maintenance workflow remained reliable. My experience was positive, making it easier to handle the transitions that came with my job relocation."

"I'm not usually one to write a review but I'm absolutely baffled by the woman working the office. I lived here 2 years ago and accidentally shipped a package to my old unit. I have called and emailed and asked them to please let the current resident in 2404 know my package is in their mailbox and to please share my contact with them so l can have it returned. the manager directly told me "sounds like a you problem." I went to the office to try to work something out and when I came in she never said hello and just stared at me through the glass for 5 minutes before coming around and saying "you can't be here we are closing in 15 minutes" ?? I tried to explain the situation and she kept cutting me off and then she opened the door and said "Were closed. This isn't my problem, I'm not contacting the resident. Leave." I felt super uncomfortable so l did exit and while I was standing there I said "I'm really sorry I know this is frustrating but I don't understand why you can't email the resident." then she shut the door in my face and locked it. I've contacted their management and unfortunately still haven't received my package :/"

From my initial interest, to the follow up appointment, to the application, and approval process, I have been very satisfied with the professionalism. The manager Sandra has exhibited exceptional communication. The follow up calls and emails have been a breath of fresh air from my previous complexes. So far, I give them a 10/10. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! So excited to join their complex."

"I love living at Aria Grand. I’m a retired nurse and have resided here since they opened. I enjoy the convenience of the property’s location to downtown. The manager, Sandra, has made many improvements to the property including providing for guest parking. This is important to me, as I have a large family and many friends. She also had the security gate repaired which had been problematic for a while. Overall, I am very pleased with this property and would highly recommend it to anyone."

"My son and I have lived at the Aria Grand Apartments since they opened back in January of 2020. The location is fantastic, and the apartment building is always maintained and immaculate. The location is so close to downtown, I get to work in under 5 minutes. The property management company, and Manager(Sandra) are awesome, always willing to assist you in anyway they can. In my opinion it is the best apartment in Austin, (Affordable rent, excellent location, and very desirable apartment inside and outside)."
