"During the application process the company requires you to login to your Bank account using a third party app. I encourage people not to apply with any apartment system and to be aware that your login information to your Bank Account is at risk and your account could be drained if there were to be any hacks or data breach. I'm looking into the legality of this practice."

"Grace Woods is the best place I've lived in my adult life. The apartments are clean and well maintained, the complex is beautiful and full of trees, the amenities are stellar, and best of all the office staff are always kind and helpful. GG, Zach, and Jessica are always available when you need them and promptly resolve even the most complicated issues. The maintenance staff almost always resolve maintenance requests same day and they are kind and friendly. I've lived here almost five years now and will stay here as long as I possibly can. I highly recommend moving here!"
"I've lived at Grace Woods for about two years now. I love all of the beautiful trees in the neighborhood and the proximity to the cute park across the street. It's very dog friendly and my pup has made a lot of friends while we've lived here. My work orders are done in a decent time and the office staff is always polite when I pop in with questions."
"Absolutely adore this place. The maintenance team is very personable and always stop to say hello regardless of their busy day. When I moved into my new home I did not have anything crucial missing or wrong. The office staff helped every step of the application and thoroughly guided me through the move in process.
