"Previous resident here. Just save your money, do not move here. New management has no records from previous management. That made it extremely difficult to take care of a miscellaneous charge that I was given SEVEN MONTHS AFTER moving out. The building needs a complete renovation to even be worth what they’re charging, even thought it’s already cheaper than most apartments."

"Do not live here. The rent may be slightly cheaper than other places in the area but it is at the cost of your sanity and well-being. Move in was atrocious, the apartment was disgusting and had a filthy air mattress in the living room and beer cans and water bottles under the bed. The whole first month the entire floor smelt like rotting garbage because they closed the trash shoots. 21 rio has a package system that does not work and has never once notified me of a package being delivered and has even lost one of mine. Not only does the system not work but they are now requiring us to add our credit cards to the system so they can charge us for not picking up our packages even though they do not notify us in the first place. Several of the positive reviews you see here were written by the property manager or other employees which is absolutely ridiculous. It almost feels as if the 21 rio management is being terrible on purpose as some sort of sadistic torture. The leasing office is rarely open and they never pick up the phone or emails. I promise you there is nothing redeeming about this apartment complex . Do not make the mistake I made YOU SHOULD NOT LIVE HERE!"
