"Overall alright, it does the bang for the buck. Rooms are renovated except for the tub. Location is great to access campus and get around. Sometimes noisy at night but mostly because we are facing the road. Lack of amenities is disappointing but rent is on the more affordable side, so not an issue. Packages 9 out of 10 times have no issue. But I had my laptop delivery stolen and haven't found it."

"My son recently moved into this apartment complex and I must admit we had initial concerns due to the negative reviews the leasing agent was receiving. However, the new management assured us that his apartment would be ready, and they delivered on their promise. On the move-in date, we were pleasantly surprised to find a clean apartment with fresh paint and all the fixtures as stated in the lease. There was a minor issue with autopay, but the management quickly resolved it and waived any additional fees for late payment. They also took the time to address our concerns and ensure a smooth move-in process. So far, his experience has been positive. I hope the management continues to make necessary adjustments, listen to their residents, and provide timely repairs with minimal disruption. One thing I will say needs addressed is the amount of gum stuck to the floor going up the stairs."

"After the renovations, the apartments are actually quite nice and spacious compared to most of west campus. Top floor has the high ceilings that add a lot to the rooms. You are still paying a lot for no amenities, but in terms of the rooms and quality of the renovations, I'm pretty satisfied."

"I love my personal space and my apartment as a whole. The appliances are new and everything mostly works great. The maintenance people are amazing, are super helpful and are all around great. My cons to this apt are that my roommate got snuffed with a window that faces the hallway. That wasn’t previously stated. Also the managers are young and can’t even hold eye contact when you speak to them, are basically rude and don’t do the things they say they will. Also the mail issue is tricky ."

"Been living here for over a year, and the switch of management that turned us into student apartments sucked. They renovated the units over the summer while tenants were still living at the apartment with no compensation, and they started charging $100 for parking even though it's a first-come, first-serve system. Not much to complain about, the units themselves are spacious and the walls aren't thin, and I believe all the rooms have windows. The maintenance people are incredible and efficient!"
