"The building and grounds are nice, however the population of residents contains some very rude obnoxious bullies. They made my friend feel so unwelcome she had to move and break her lease. So sad."

"I absolutely LOVE the office staff here! They honestly care about us and are attentive to our needs and concerns. We have a dynamic social activities director! There is always something available to do so that those of us who live alone don’t have to feel alone. Neighbors are friendly and tend to look out for one another’s welfare. The apartments are spacious and bright. The property grounds are always clean and well maintained. It’s very peaceful here and the sunrises/sunsets are gorgeous!"

"The entire staff goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Here's one example. After a power outage caused by construction down the street, I called Brian, our concierge, because nothing was working. He came up immediately! He reset my fuse box and reprogrammed my thermostat. I mentioned that I found a wasp nest on my porch, and he said, I'll come back with wasp spray! I said that's ok....I made an appointment with our pest control. Later, I went out to my porch closet and saw that the wasp nest was gone! Louie, head of maintenance, fixed a window for me while I was out. He took care of the wasp nest without even being asked. Every employee is like this...the manager, office staff, and maintenance staff. I highly recommend Northstar Georgetown."
