"While the staff is very friendly. Their applicant process is awful! We started the application process on 2/7. First, the online portal did not work and the co-applicant never got his portion. Then, when he finally did the signature section did not work. Then we had to go in to the office on multiple occasions to fill out a paper application, give them copies of our ID. Every time we went in they said something else was missing. Then, we were told to call the 3rd party verification company resident verify. Which we did only to be told that the issue was on the apartment complex software side. On multiple occasions we were told the GM was working on it. Horrible experience, which is too bad. We were really looking forward to moving in."
