"I've lived here for two years and have been fed up since the second month. Mainly, because of all of the damn bugs!!! It is year around fruit fly season in this damn place! Plus all the damn roaches! It's quite honestly embarrassing to bring people over to my apartment because no matter how clean I keep it, there are still insects. You have to ask them to spray, but for me they just marked the order complete and never did anything. Which I know because I asked them to spray inside my apartment and I work from home. No one came... I've also had other maintenance requests where the workers come in then say they, "Need a part". Then I never hear from them again... Now, their new way of making money is to deliver your lease renewal in the places your least likely to check. They emailed me the first year, but this year it was sent to the resident portal and in my mail box (which I don't check). So I responded roughly 10 days late and now they are charging me $700 for that. When I contacted them to try and rectify, I was basically told that I'm lying to them about it being in my mailbox and that I still have to pay. (Based on the other reviews, I'm just waiting to be sent to collections at this point.) By the way, they recently changed management and are in the middle of attempting a rebrand. Most likely because of how many terrible reviews they have. Yet they haven't fixed the core issues! The horrible staff!!! Oh, did I mention all the break-ins, package thefts or the CAR ON FIRE OUTSIDE MY APARTMENT? Nah? Well don't worry about all that, is what they'd tell you. Or the constant water and power shut offs with little to no warning. Just do yourself a favor... Go elsewhere."
"I recently had the pleasure of residing here for the past few months, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I stepped into the front office, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from Vanessa. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that all my inquiries were promptly addressed, and their hospitality truly made me feel welcome and valued as a resident."
"Would rate 0 if I could. Do not move here. We had a terrible ant infestation which took 3 months to resolve, black mold seeping in through the roof which took an astounding 7 months to fix, and the tub in the master bathroom had completely peeled off and molded. After the tub was resurfaced, it peeled again not even a month later. Water was turned off for the property at least once a month. We also owed move-out charges which we were NEVER informed of, and were sent immediately to collections instead of trying to contact us. This place is a slum, worst apartment I've ever had the misfortune of living in."
"In the 3 years we lived here, management ownership has changed around 3 times, probably more. We experienced constant misinformation and miscommunication that resulted in us getting fined for things that didn't seem fair. There were times when I follow up with them multiple times about something, am told the same thing multiple times, then when I ask for it in writing they change their mind citing policy, and we end up getting fined. They rely on predatory practices and fail to reinforce what was told to us all because it's in the lease in fine print. I have even experienced my car getting towed (not under covered parking) because my registration was expired. This was within a year of covid taking over, and I nor anyone I have talked to have heard of apartments towing over expired registrations. Not to mention PLENTY of other cars had expired registrations and were never towed. In addition to our abysmal service, I have had my car broken into 3 times while living there. No cameras were put up in the parking lots or anywhere and nothing else productive was done. They also have a highly discriminatory dog breed policy. There are about 15 dogs breeds that are banned and you can't have a dog over 30 lbs. That is most dogs...and at a time when most shelters are critically full, it doesn't seem like an ethical policy. I don't recommend living here, but if you do, I highly recommend you get every conversation regarding any policy, no matter how minor, in writing. I recommend buying extra security measures for your car, like a wheel lock. I recommend saving up for whatever random fee they decide the throw at you as well as the $200 increase in rent they will charge you if you renew.. I also recommend memorizing the lease or reading it in it's entirety monthly...they depend on you never reading the lease so they can fine you."
"We lived here from Oct 2019 through Nov 2020. We had a great time living here and enjoyed the fun activities their Community team had every once in a while (before Covid19). So, here's the breakdown: The good: The office staff is great and their current property manager is awesome! The maintenance crew is quick and do their best to get things done. The bad: Water bills are really high. It seems this apartment complex has several leaks. For instance, one month we were 2 days without water, and still we had to pay 150% more for it than the previous month. Also, the Valet Trash is very expensive ($35.00) and they don't appear to recycle anything. It's just a couple guys in a truck. They run through the floors picking up garbage bags from your apartment door just to throw them into the dumpster. Not really worth it, but you can't opt out. The Ugly: None really."
