"Edit: The new management is just a little slow but gets the job done! shout out to Gloria! Old Review: Jay Romani in the maintenance team is amazing. She helps out with everything mentioned in work orders and beyond that. The team had also helped with the move in. They were very clear with the whole process. Specially Alex was a great help!. Whenever an order is placed always ask for Jay Romani. Also, they now have the leasing office located on site. And they respond efficiently to all emails."

"Horrible place. Lived there August 2022-2023 and trying to get in touch with anybody is absolutely impossible. I had to call 40 times one day because they absolutely refused to call me or email me back after a week of trying to get in touch with them. They switched management companies, so now it’s even worse. They provided us with a notice of nonrenewal in February (only halfway through our lease) because we didn’t resign soon enough for the new management I guess. All of the appliances broke at least once and maintenance would tell us they fixed it but I’d come home to a bucket catching the leaking water instead of the leak actually being fixed. The pool is always disgusting and I had to personally contact the company that owns the laundry machines myself so we’d have even one working machine. The few times I didn’t, they’d be out of service for weeks. I’m attempting to call them to settle a debt (utility bill back…. Which is so grimy) and I cannot get in contact with anybody, not even corporate. I know living near campus will have its problems and most apartments will try to scam you, but this one will do it and not even give you the opportunity to ask why because it’s impossible to speak with anybody ever. Don’t move here!"

"I love the location, easy transportation to campus. Close to H‑E‑B too. Shout out to Jay Romani for cleaning the pool Mon - Fri daily. When I moved in last summer it was not in use because it was very dirty. I like swimming. The pool is nice but rent is very high as a working student."

"Decent apartment, had serious issues when I first moved in. Seems to be under new management and getting better. Both the Jays with the maintenance team are amazing, especially Jay Romani. They respond quickly to my maintenance requests and are friendly. I feel safe at this apartment"
