"Terrible management company to deal with. They charge a security deposit before you even move into the actual unit and will refuse to refund it, even though they take a full week to provide you a lease, which includes very stringent and bizarre addendums banning simple households items such as an air fryer. Imagine banning a simple appliance like an air fryer, but all units come with stoves, a HVAC, and allow blow dryers, irons, etc. I personally would never live here because of this act of bad faith on their part."
"Love living at this place! My lease agent Summer was amazing too. She really helped me select a unit that was perfect. The amenities, hot tub, and the area are great! Also, I love that love supreme pizza is next door. I am so happy I chose to live here."
