"I have just moved into my new apartment and my experience has been great. Tonya was kind and helpful, giving me the building tour, showing me different units and what really stood out was she wanted to make sure I was happy with the unit. Christian was fast and efficient preparing the lease and always ready to answer questions that I had. I wanted to live in a larger space and Randy made it possible and liaised with the my old apartment complex. I really appreciate that he made the transfer experience from my old smaller unit to here smooth and painless. Both Roger and Aaron were so quick and friendly to fix maintenance issues and I only had put in the requests 1-2 days before. The staff that run Marq Uptown are truly wonderful."

"I have seen an influx of potential renters here at Marq Uptown so I wanted to post a review. This has been a long time coming. When I say I can’t wait for my lease to end, I mean it. I truly do not even know where to begin. From the lackluster units that leave much to be desired for the price to the monthly unit inspections with little notice and the staff who don’t take things too seriously, Marq Uptown seriously lacks all around. The building is not well kept. Pictures attached. And it isn’t just a trash problem. While the maintenance team is very nice, I’ve seen them walk by spills and messes for days until the cleaning person is back onsite. Dogs are regularly off leash inside, workers sleep in the media room in the morning and during lunch, anyone can enter after hours, and there is absolutely no after hour support. If you call the after hours line, you are transferred to an outsourced call center who simply takes a message. Beyond excited for my lease to end in a few short months and I know that I will never rent from CWS again!"

"When someone loves what they do and takes pride in their work, it shows. I know I’m not the only one who notices, but Randy really works hard to make Marq Uptown a place residents love to call home. A friendly management team, a really clean community, and a great location!"

"I have lived at Marq Uptown for the past year and this has easily been my favorite property during my time in Austin. The property is so well kept and residents are so nice and respectful! Randy + Christian are always ready to assist in the leasing office and make sure to regularly send out emails to keep residents up to date on anything happening at the property! Huge shoutout to the maintenance staff + housekeeping team that are constantly in the hallways making sure the property looks amazing and that maintenance orders are resolved quickly (usually within a few hours of submitting a ticket). The properties amenities are wonderful (especially the pool) and you can’t beat the location, getting downtown in 5-7 minutes is lovely!"
