"I will never return to this McDonald’s. This place is just over a 10 minute drive one way for me and their lobby is always closed. When I did finally breakdown and just go through the drive through, we had a longggg wait for what tasted like hour old fry’s that were left on the counter and not even under a heat lamp. We threw out all 3 orders of our fries If I’m ever in town I’ll get gas and food literally anywhere else. I wonder if Dave knows his stores aren’t being held at his standards and operations he demands."
"Customer service was outstanding professional and nice. Frys was cold and my two double cheese burgers were just as cold And I mean not over warm. But service and niceness 10 out of 10 compared to most other McDonald's were you stand there waiting to even get help from any employee and when you finally get someone's attention they tell you to use the self-service. Thank this crew for the service they give."
"This is one it's appointing McDonalds.thebstaff is short and rude and the food has been sitting out for longer than it should. My quarter pounder was so greasy it made the bun a soggy mess. Couldn't even finish it. I work at a McDonald's currently and this was such a disappointment to see. I recommend going to a different city and waiting instead of going to this one. Pictures included"
"Always a great time at the ballpark. Be sure to know what size bag / cooler you can bring in. My wife had to throw her bag away coming through security. I will say that it’s obvious not all security gates use the same standards."
