"I really wouldn't recommend living here. It's in a sketchy neighborhood, I had pest issues consistently, and my bathroom flooded once after the storm. Maintenance has been fairly responsive but there are a lot of outside factors that makes it hard to live here. It's loud all day and night, it smells awful in the parking lots. I lived here for 2 years because it's close to downtown and it was affordable for the amount of space."
