"I wanted to take the time to commend Oliver. I really appreciate all of your assistance, as you've made this process of searching for apartments so easy! Although I've signed a lease at another place for a year. I had to make a review about you and how much I enjoyed touring with you and appreciated the follow-up after. I believe that the residents of Lowell are in great hands as long as you're around! Thank you again for all of your help and hospitality, it was a pleasure meeting you and hopefully I will see you again when my lease is up!"
"BEWARE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! Management bribes tenants with gift cards! I don't hate this apartment, but I also can't wait for my lease to expire. Office management and maintenance are both excellent. The unit is excellent (regardless of some German roaches). BUUUUT...so many tenants violate the lease. Most tenants are quiet and considerate, but too many are noisy at any given time of the day, inconsiderate of the property (especially the pool area), keep too many pets, have guests who take up all the parking, leave furniture out by the dumpsters, litter, and smoke weed inside their units. There have been many thefts (I have been a victim recently), dumpster divers are common, and the place looks more and more like a slum because management is not willing to vet tenants during the application process or improve security. They could, at the very least, install security cameras around the parking lots. I can't wait to get out of here."
"There is no need to email your tenants reminders about rent 7 times in one month. It's excessive, and vastly unprofessional. Neighbors are also loud, and will drink outside and leave their garbage out. Music will be playing late into the night and people will be so loud with children screaming. Many will just allow their pets to poop outside and just don't bother cleaning it up. Laundry room is dirty and smelly. The gym is also the same. The POOL is also the same. The pool will frequently close for days on end without any prior notice. Why pay for these amenities if they are not upkept? The pool is closed for over a week and a half each month and then it's immediately trashed once it's opened again? And then the leasing office expects us to snitch on our neighbours by taking videos and pictures of them, which should be done by their own team or security instead! I also haven't seen the new security team patrolling around since they've supposedly been hired. Apartments are decent but have very poor appliances for the steady increase in rent thats been happening. They are dated and frequently have issues. Linoleum on cabinets gets damaged over time and we're not even doing anything to them. Parking lot needs to be fixed too. Too many potholes."
"Good place to live - affordable, close to everything you need, and new management is great. Good mix of single people, young families, and couples. Some of my favorite things: two pools you can access, updated gym (it's modest but an improvement from the previous), and a responsive handy crew. Also love that the location is just off the highway - makes any drive quicker. Wish I had better photos - but I suppose something is better than nothing!"
"Due to a non-negotiable $400 increase in rent, I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. This is the kitchen of a one bedroom apartment priced $1250/month. Notice the outdated appliances (2009 manufacture date on dishwasher, stove, and fridge), lack of microwave, and lack of cabinetry underneath the sink. This was a great community before it was purchased by new management. No updates or changes have been made, besides a cheap banner declaring a new name for the complex. This new management does not care about the low class, working residents and are only interested in profit."
