"fire alarms go off constantly at random times for random amounts of time. once from 2-5 AM. has occurred 5 times this month alone stopped replacing basic maintenance things amenities often don't work increase rent when new rental of same exact type are cheaper on listing but don't allow those rates for current tenants have had multiple packages stolen from mail room because improper parcel security"
"It’s fine except for all the stuff that’s broken like grills, doors, elevators, and fire system. 2nd time I’ve woken up in the middle of the night to a false alarm that goes on for hours because the system is broken and fire department can’t turn it off."
"The apartments are okay, a little old compared to others in the same price range but they're nice. The location is great. I have found that the leasing staff are not communicative. Many calls and emails go unanswered, and visits to the office are the only solution where you will usually find only one member in the office. My lease was 6 months. After moving in, I noticed a big flaw in the apartment that they did not disclose. They gave me constant reassurances that they would fix it. I was met with constant excuses and changes of the timeline on when it would be fixed. I can now say that I have moved out, and they still haven't fixed it. Over six months, and I raised the issue with them at least twice a month, and they constantly said they'd fix it. It's funny that the work order is still open and has been for a long time. No apologies, no compensations. Incredibly disappointed with their treatment."
"Nice apartment complex in the Mueller area. A little dated but nice apartments. The leasing staff are just not great to communicate with. Casey constantly undermined my concerns and never apologized for the issues that came up."
