"Only 1. Functional washer and 2 dryers for a property with 36 different apartments. Management is indifferent and refers you to the company that services the units, but it seems that that company has just turned the broken washers off. There is no solution in sight and this 1 remaining washer is going to break too and it almost always in use. I get up at 4AM to do my laundry."

"Used to be a really nice complex, but some sketchy people have been moving in and I probably won’t be renewing my lease because of that. Which is a bummer, because the management is great and the location is amazing. Maintenance requests are taken care of and the apartment manager is super responsive. Never had an issue with the appliances, hot water, etc. Also, the review warning about a sex offender is unfortunately true, check the online database. I wish the complex was more careful with who they leased out to. I would have stayed longer if I felt safer"

"Great Management at the Apartment Complex; every issue I ever had was immediately and personally addressed by Management. They are very concerned about the resident experience , and they will do everything possible to make your stay as comfortable as they can. I am very pleased with the professionalism that this Management Company exhibits in their daily interactions with it's tenants. I give them a 5 star for their service and concern. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment!"

"Do not rent here. This place is dismal and overpriced. After renting here for the past five months and paying rent on time every month I can tell you that the out door areas are never kept up. They allow trash and animal feces to pile up. Their laundry area is disgusting and the machine are constantly broken or unusable. We asked to be given notice before maintenance workers accessed our apartment due to having pets we don't want to escaping and so we could plan our days accordingly. Management assured that we could put requests through them and they would give us a date and window of time. Although a date and time we're provided it was blatantly ignored and maintenance showed up a full 5 days early. On top of completely disregarding our request and promised scheduled time the maintenance person was rude and combative. The apartment itself is extremely small. The hot water is spotty the appliances are cheap and the neighborhood is iffy. Definitely not worth what they charge in rent save yourself the hassle and find yourself a better property and a better management company."
