"Beautiful property, very nice staff and I have felt safe since moving in. Great move in offers and pretty easy access to anywhere in the city. Maintenance has been great and very responsive. It’s a new property so I expected small issues to arise, but very happy with how quick the maintenance team is. Has EV charging, beware it’s relatively expensive if you have a plug-in hybrid or full EV as you’re charged a parking charge after parked for 4 hours. Coming from a high rise with free EV charging, it’s a big change for me."

"This place is wonderful. I moved up north to be closer to work. I came from SouthPark Meadows where I had everything in reach, so i'm getting used to that here as well. I'm 15 min from work and 15 from my daughter's school. Its perfect! Its a brand new unit, super spacious, beautiful features and maintenance has been super prompt. I haven't seen ONE bug! I despise bugs, so thats a huge thing for me. My ONLY downside is where my unit is located. Outside my window is a Jack in the Box and the bank. Every Monday through Saturday morning, at around 350am until 430am, there is a very loud trash truck that comes to pick up the trash, then again at 530 am for recycles. I'm a super light sleeper so I can hear a pen drop. My bf came to stay the night, not as a light sleep and heard it as well but he falls asleep on the drop of a dime. It wouldn't be as terrible if it was every other day or anything past 6am. I'm up at 5am T/W/TH, but the other days are BRUTAL. I know there's nothing I can do but its pretty awful. Its funny because I'm willing to sacrifice my sleep and peace because I have the most beautiful lighting at golden hour and I refuse to give that up. So I'm making adjustments for the noise - sound machine, earplugs, whatever I have to do. Overall, beautiful place to stay. The gym is fantastic! I may cancel my Gold's membership because it literally has everything I need."

"My boyfriend and I just moved in, from out of state. Katy and Kylie have been nothing short of helpful. The complex is pristine, and the maintenance crew (Matt specifically) has been extremely helpful and responsive. So grateful for their attentiveness to their residents"

"Great experience so far! Super responsive maintenance Best amenities of any apt I've lived at so far! For example: - My old apt didn't even allow access to the bathroom after hours - My old apt wouldn't even allow us to request things to be printed out because it was a "security risk" - Had like 2 community events the whole year I was living there (Medina has already had like 4) and have only been here about a mo. Only things I wish it had so far was access to BILT so I could make payments through that and increase my credit score"

"Great experience so far!! Maintenance is super responsive. Katy and Management are very responsive and welcoming (My roommate and I have been bugging them for weeks before moving in and they were always nice and professional!). Cute social events every month. Amenities are great and everything is new. Parking garage is huge and the building is pretty secure with lots of vacancy. The price is pretty good compared to other places in Austin for the quality and neighborhood is young and convenient (nice coffeeshops and restaurants). Definitely the best place I toured for the price. (Completely unbiased and unrecommended review) Only con I’d say is there is a lot of dogs so the elevator and halls smell so if you’re someone with a sensitive nose I’d be mindful of that. But that’s it really. Great place."
