"Management has definitely had their fair share of challenges these past few years we have lived here with all the changes but they have gotten significantly better about staying on top of everything. They have been very accommodating and understanding whenever things come up and are always professional about it."
"I have lived here since the first year they opened and I will say that management cares about their tenants. I remember I had some concerns and they help me as much as they could. I feel good coming back home knowing they take pride in this place, and the hallways are cleaned frequently, I can tell it’s a great community of people that care about what they do."
"Overall this place can be really great. There are issues with the garage gate staying down but usually its fixed in about a week or so. The maintenance team is always quick about answering to my requests. The front office staff has always been kind to me. My only bad experience was someone breaking into my car thankfully no glass was broken but all my things were stolen. Nothing of high value but it does feel a bit violating to know someone was in my car. I was instructed by the front office to file a police report which I did and then took that info back to the front desk. That was the last I heard about it, I've never had this happen to me before so idk what to expect but I was at least hoping for an email or something to say they would look at the cameras. Just some type of closure on the situation but again I'm not sure what the protocol usually is for something like this. Other than that situation I've enjoyed my time here, the front office has taken precautions to make sure the residents feel safe. Especially at night in the parking garage."
"Room for improvement, work to keep the homeless from loitering, trashing the property and waiting to get in the building. Check outside doors to make sure they are secure and remind tenants not to block open doors to let non residents get in. Illegal activities go on between midnight and 6AM."
"The experience I had at Travis Flats was excellent. The young lady in the front office(D'Asia Johnson) was friendly, polite and knowledgeable of the apts features and grounds. The 2-bedroom she showed us was just what my son and I are looking for. Location is close to Transit bus stops,shopping center and convenient store."
