"roaches everywhere! we’ve had this issue for months, people have come in twice to do something about it, and the problem has only gotten worse. they are everywhere and in places they’ve never been before. the place is uninhabitable at this point and no one is doing anything to fix it. this should be a a way bigger deal to management here than it’s been. we want to to leave."
"I am about to start my 10th year in the complex. Location is great for me and considering the location, it is nicely priced. The complex is well maintained and the community is always nice. Staff has always been helpful and quick to respond to service calls."
"Lived here since august, my bath tub has been broken the entire time I’ve lived here, I’ve complained multiple times and no one has fixed it. The roaches are absolutely disgusting in our apartment. Coming out from all the holes and chipped paint in the walls and floors, talk about an infestation! Also now there is mold all over my bathroom tub as if that situation couldn't get any worse! All they ever do is say they will put in a “Maintenance request” and nothing ever gets done! Hope my roomate is okay because she’s breaking out horribly due to the mold. I suffer with ulcerative colitis so I already have a weakened immune system so I am constantly sick from the mold! Hope someone does something about this because this living situation is AWFUL."
"The office staff puts everything on the poor maintenance workers. They were expected to fix everything, including the A/C that didn't work the four years we lived there - we ended up with high cooling bills and simultaneously a 78-79 degree apartment during the summer. Management refused to call in an actual expert to check out the A/C. They also had a ton of burst pipes during the freeze of 2021. Instead of calling in a plumber afterward to address the repairs, they had maintenance patch them. I saw duct tape more than once, along with spectacular explosions of water leakage out onto the sidewalks."
"Lived here for 2+ years. Quiet location, everything nearby. Apartments are decent size at relatively reasonable cost. Gated access, package receiving service, clean parking lots and most importantly management is responsive. Left in '21, hope the broken washing machine incident doesn't happen quite often anymore. Given opportunity, I'd move back."
