Sierra Ridge

Sierra Ridge is a non-profit institution located at 201 West Saint Elmo Road in Austin, Texas, United States. We provide affordable housing for families and single adults through our 28 communities. Approximately 80% of our budget is funded by the affordable rents paid by our residents, which cover the operating expenses of our communities.

We are committed to investing in green building initiatives to save on operating costs, lower residents' utility bills, and create a more sustainable and enjoyable living environment. Our goal is to make our community a better place to live for all residents.

At Sierra Ridge, we prioritize healthy initiatives, green building practices, affordable housing, education, and health. We are proud to partner with organizations like BEC Austin to ensure the successful construction and opening of new housing developments, such as the upcoming Parker Lane Apartments.
