"I visited the Creek apartments in December 2023. Gloria greeted me when I arrived. She was warm, friendly and, knowledgable. She answered all of my questions. The complex is nestled in a little cove with the creek flowing in front of the property. The apartments are being freshly renovated and are very nice. The location is wonderful, as it is by the newly expanded hike/bike trails."

"Today was my moving date, My wife had called asking about our apartment if it was ready to move in (since it was been renovated, not to mention they had about and extra week to finish the renovation). So one of the staff had told her that yes the cleaning services was been done as they were speaking on the phone, that we should passed by around 3 or 4pm to pick up the keys. When we got to the leasing office the lady told my wife that it was not ready they were still trying to finish some small details they should be done in 2hr the max. We had both of our SUV’s already loaded with our move in stuff and had to call the moving company to cancel it, because the apartment was not ready. Now we are still waiting it’s been more than 2hrs just waiting on them to call us for our place to be finish so we can unload our stuff. Then tomorrow morning move the rest of our stuff drive back to Jarrell and stay with family member, it’s a good we weren’t from out of state. Very unprofessional and unacceptable specially from the staff if they knew that our apartment was not going to be ready in time by our move in date agreement, why they didn’t let us know in time or at least give my wife a heads-up."

"I have lived here for a little over a month and I can’t not wait to move out already! This place has the worst management and maintenance team I have ever experienced. They have tried to over charge me almost $400 on my rent even when I was overcharged $200 last month AND not to mention I was given an incomplete apartment with no blinds on the living room window (which they said they would install the first week I moved in), 3 missing drawers in my kitchen (which have not been put in a month later), and my oven has not worked since the day I moved in and of course it has not been fixed. I have no other way of contacting someone who is actually in charge and hopefully they can do something about my apartment or I will have no other option but to take it further since I am holding my part of the agreement and paying my rent but the property isn’t doing theirs by giving me a proper place to live."
