Lantower Round Rock Apartments

"Absolutely horrible place to live, maintenance changes every other week at one point we did not have any for what ever reason and trash…. Everywhere all the time it was disgusting. Front desk, could never reach them or they just were not there and if we did at some point reach them absolute rude!!! Gate broken the whole two years we were there. Old and way too much mold and the list can go on. Do not recommend. Be ware!!!"

"Stayed here for 2 years and moved out due to personal reasons. The house we stayed in was painted and given to us in a good condition. Maintenance team was of good help during issues. I would like to make a special mention about Felix who always helped and answered all my questions with patience. Veronica and others in the front office were also good. They also helped whenever needed and my move out was also smooth. There was a kids play area when we moved in and it was removed later on. It would have been nice if it was continued. Other than that we had a good experience for our entire stay."

"I currently live at Lantower Round Rock, and it is the best apartment that I have ever lived in. The staff at the office is amazing, especially Veronica. I had trouble with my login for my rent portal, so I went to the office. Veronica was so pleasant and patient, and she assisted me until I could get my app up and running again. I am so grateful, and I really appreciate her help. This place would be nothing without Veronica - she is everything. I love this place because of Veronica and her great office team."

"I have called Lantower at Round Rock home for approximately 8 years. I have stayed because of the people who work in the leasing office and maintenance team; plus my individuals needs. The apartment is centrally located near major shopping outlets, Austin, and Downtown Round Rock. The community is beautiful and the apartments have been modernized by the new leasing office staff. Starting with the property manager, Yvonne to Veronica and Felix and Abraham, the maintenance supervisor they stay on top of all the issues and projects that need to be completed. In addition, the neighborhood has ample area to walk and an on-site fitness center with an outdoor pool. Inside the leasing office, there are amenities such as pool table and area to sit down and read or watch television. The property is clean and mailbox is on-site. Anytime I have had an issue, the leasing office team or maintenance has followed-up with me and corrected the issue or at minimum attempted to make the situation better. From time to time, the leasing office hold resident parties and even had a Vegas poker night with prizes which was too much fun! The summers are busy at the pool and there is an on-site dog park for those with their four-legged friends. The entry gates are being re-modeled and they have a on-site trash service. Overall, I really enjoy living here and the community is quite and safe. I can say the people really make Lantower at Round Rock a special place to live. They go above and beyond helping when they can or offering alternative solutions to meet residents need. If there was any downside to this community, it would be the pool which appears to have an attached spa but instead is just cold water only. My favorite amenity is the fitness center as it is very modern and nice with weights, treadmill, dumbbells, tire flip w/ rope, machines, etc. It has helped me in my weight loss journey and I really appreciate that this particular amenity was given thoughtful consideration with layout and functionality."

"Very bad experience overall . 1)Poor maintenance 2)Very old apartment with bad supervision and maintenance 3) Windows / Doors not maintained properly 4) Pet park is not maintained and cleaned at all 5) Not maintained Corridors 6) Electrical equipments are not maintained properly 7) Very high energy bills as the leakage due to lack of overall maintenance 8) Leaking pipes never repaired, raised high levels tickets and not done anything.
