"I love it here! It's been 2 months (almost 3) and I can't say enough. Maintenance is so responsive. People smile over here and say hi like neighbors should. The front office and grounds are not just beautiful and well kept but the office staff are so nice and welcoming. I love the fitness ctr. and the package room is genius! It's quiet and apparently there's a train somewhere close by but I haven't heard it which is good. Gerald assisted me with my move in process and application. He was so helpful! He took the time to explain things and even got back to my email questions faster than I expected. I know people are busy but he really made the process as seamless as possible. It says a LOT when you're front office staff actually smiles and their nonverbals say they want to be there."
"Never trust anything from mouth.!!! I requested garage before I even moved in to the apartments when they said they have an offer going on 65$ per month. When I moved in they said they don't have anything available and I had to wait till something comes up which I dont believe. They gave me a garage after 2+weeks I moved in they didnt said anything about the offer expired and that I will be charged 100$ per month. After I see the balance after 1st month I see they are charging 100$ per month I sent an email why was this because I was said 65 when I requested to reserve I got the reply as below " When you initially applied, the rate for the parking was on special at $65. Upon move in the special was no longer valid and the rate is now $100. We are unable to honor the $65 rate. " When offer is available they don't have garages to accommodate my request and when they have garage they dont have offer. I didnt understood the point of having offer? I do reserved when I have offer so technically they need to honor the rate of the time when I requested to reserve. Coming to Internet and cable is a scam Its monthly 80 $ We will be paying to Community but they will not take care if we have any issue we need to reach-out to ISP where they will not give response quickly as we are not paying them for service request I had to wait 5 days. Coming to cable even though I am paying to management they wont be providing the device needed to setup and we need to get that from provider itself. If you are coming here you are just a money making machines you wont be getting enough service for what you have been paying. When I moved in I have provided a sheet with issues in my newly moved apartment and I still have some those issue not resolved and waiting for attention. Remotes provided for entrance gates haven't even worked at-least once. Finally I would suggest this management "Begging is more honorable than scamming…."
"I really enjoy living at Terrastone Travesia. The clubhouse/common areas/pool are always clean and the gym is nicer than most properties I've been to (and completely renovated less than a week ago to be even better). The property is safe and you see people regularly walking the complex and in the neighborhood. It has a quiet feel but is only a short 5-10 minute drive to a lot of great stores and restaurants along 35, Mopac and the 45 toll. The apartment staff are all very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Also, the property managers Abel and Brittany really went above and beyond to help me get the best apartment to meet my needs. Overall, an excellent place to live and I'm happy I found it!"
"I absolutely love this complex. I moved in Dec. 2020, when the name was Broadstone Travesia. This is definitely a luxury complex with pretty nice amenities. I believe all units include a washer and dryer, one of my requirements. The dog park is like no other as far as apartment dog parks. They have actual grass in the dog park not wood chips or sand! There are also a lot of large grassy areas and sidewalks to walk through. Parking is a little tight in the front of the complex but there a lot of extra spaces on either side. Everything is well lit at night which is super important when I walk my pup. Maintenance staff is great and super helpful. Everyone in the office is really nice to. There are a gym and package locker that are accessible 24/7. The pool area is really amazing and almost has a resort like feel to it. Peaceful atmosphere that tends to be pretty quiet. I'm super lucky to call this place my home."
"I felt the need to update my review. At first it was a dream living here: I mean there’s a nice pool, dog park and spa, cool gym and patio area - and it still KIND of feels that way. Now it feels like the leasing office has no more control than we do. I’m constantly seeing and reporting residents for walking their dog off leash and letting their dog rush up to mine - small things have been done to make a temporary fix for the problem. However there are still a lot of residents don’t care and my dog and I literally have to be on high alert when we walk around and not much else has been done to penalize the owners that carry on without a leash. The main attraction to this complex was that it’s gated: they shouldn’t even consider it that anymore and lessen the rent because the gate never works, its always open and I’ve seen many neighbors report stolen vehicles amongst other things. My “luxury” unit has leaking windows when it rains(soaking my living room floor), had 3 people come out to “look” at it, but never fix the problem, a lot of paint inside was already peeling when we got here…just little things that were looked over, that could easily be fixed if someone paid attention to it and dedicated the right amount of time to do it. The only way I’m resigning my lease, is if this new management company does a lot more to show their residents that they care - fix the gate(which I’m sure is included in everyone’s fees), hold residents with pets more accountable for their actions. Terrastone Travesia’s only job is to make sure we are comfortable living here and right now I’m sitting at a 5 out of 10."
