The Falls Round Rock

"I can't tell you how much of a blessing it has been to call The Falls Round Rock home these past couple of years. I am so appreciative of the maintenance team and their promptness, as well as the management teams care for their tenants."

"Just be careful because what they show you might not be what you get so if you can, make sure to walk the unit you’re leasing. The tour, nor the pictures online, reflected what my apartment really looks like. Also even if an apartment says it’s ready online it may not be the same in their system, their website hardly works, I was even told that by one of the office staff. I was also upset to find out one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a ceiling fan. Every cabinet is dingy and dirty and looks like there was some kind of water damage. I’m really just upset because the apartment tour made me think I was gonna get something really nice so I picked it over another, and now I have nothing but regret. P.s. They will do what they can to add bills to your stay. It’s 48 dollars to pay your rent online, I’ve literally never had such a large service fee! And if somethings wrong with your payment they won’t let you know until they can charge you 150 for a late fee! They would steal the money out of your pockets if they could."

"If not for David, the man heading maintenance, I would have left this place a long time ago. He’s always on call even after hours if you need anything. He’s saved me from a leaky roof, blown out air conditioner and gave me great tips how to better insulate my apartment. Him and his team keep this place running even though the number of residents far outnumber them. They are the textbook example of being dependable."

"Looking for a new 2bed 2 bath apartment. Came here for a tour - bad experience… thought it was a bit odd for the lady to just hand us the keys to walk the unit alone, but whatever, no problem. The outside is beautiful! However, when walking the AVAILABLE NOW apartment we noticed the cabinets were rotting on the inside. The bathroom cabinets were gross. There was hair and other small pieces of junk in the cabinet drawers. The laundry room was flooding, as there was an active leak. Which I get things happen but she clearly lied to us when we brought it up, by saying they knew about it and was working on it. You’d think they would put a bucket down or wet floor sign if they were “working on it” none the less we will not be calling this place our home. Don’t waste your time."

"Since the office staff refuse to address this issue… I’ll just mention again for the second time in less than a year that this place is infested with spiders. You can’t walk out the door with out seeing a wall full or walk down the stairs without walking through the webs. I’ve currently been looking at other priorities because I clearly won’t be staying here and have been told by multiple properties they get the breezeways and stairwells cleaned to avoid this issue. Hopefully neither my dogs nor I get bit before we get the chance to leave."
