"Probably one of the worst managed apartments I’ve ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and pick any place but this one. They just want your money & will not fix anything. Then will try to charge you for apartment damages that do not exist."

"Overall, my husband and I really love our apartment and this complex. Libby and Stephanie in management are great and obviously care about their residents and them having a good experience! The layout of the larger 2 bedroom is perfect and we love the look of the fireplace and the tall bookcases - it definitely feels like home! The patio overlooking the greenbelt is gorgeous and it is a pretty quiet and peaceful place to live. Unfortunately, this past year maintenance has become terrible here. We put in a maintenance request and it sometimes takes them multiple months to come even take a look at it, let alone order parts and actually fix things. It is really unfortunate because our first year here maintenance was so much more responsive! But now we don't expect anything to get fully fixed when we need it to. So sad!"

"Channing's Mark made my first time living by myself one of my most favorite years of my life. From the jump with touring and signing my lease, they were kind, informative, and transparent. I could sense the pride in the community from day one. The buildings and my unit were beautiful - a little dated, but fully functioning, well-maintained, and quaint. The surrounding area is stunning; green, wooded, and thriving. At the end of my term, Libby was my champion! She checked in with me to go over move-out details and was extremely supportive along the way. A new chapter called for me to relocate, but this is a place I would renew over and over again if I could."

"I LOVE living here. The views are amazing, the apartment is sturdy and more sound proof than any other apartment I’ve had. Huge closets too. My one bedroom is perfect for a single person. I love my neighbors and it’s 10 steps from the greenbelt entrance. Management has also been lovely and helpful with anything I need. I haven’t needed maintenance yet but I imagine it’ll be easy, as everything else has been."

The staff and management, especially Libby, have gone out of their way, far above and beyond expectation to help my client get approved and moved into his new apartment. They are amazing and my client absolutely loves his new home! I will continue to send as many people as I can to Channing's Mark because I know they will be in good hands. The apartments are beautiful, with fireplaces, vaulted ceilings and really nice upgrades, they take very good care of the community. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication!"
