The office was bright, clean and organized with a warm and welcoming vibe. The property exterior was beautiful and immaculate which is a reflection on the staff as a whole considering the age of the community. "I’m a bit late with my review after my move out. You get what you pay for. The rooms especially master room and walk in were pretty cramped. Super strict policy you cannot have anything hanging on the fences and they will take pictures and have to sign it. You get a penalty for that. 3 strikes you’re outta there. Lots of kids throwing rocks for fun in the parking lot which freaked me out for the sakes of our cars. I wished they could make the playground for kids more fun and exciting rather than just basic. Overall I felt safe during my stay there for about 2 years. Good neighborhood short commute to downtown and SoCo etc."
