"I haven't been here long, however, my place is beautiful and comfortable! I have not seen roaches, the office staff (Ashley and forgot the other girl in the office)? They have been pleasant and helpful, any time I had a question. My AC System stopped working out of nowhere, I went into the office and Ashley quickly came along with the maintenance worker and tried to figure out what the problem was. I see a lot of reviews of how nasty and rude Ashley is, howevere, that has not been my experience. I think the office staff and maintenance do their best to meet the tenant's needs here, I just think they need additional help and are overloaded. I have been treated with respect and feel safe here. There are cameras everywhere and some may not like that but at the same time, tenants have to understand it's for our safety. They are very thorough about the process and running background, if you have any bad rental history or a record, you will not be approved. It took me a whole month to get moved in and approved only because I came from NC. I said that so say that the process of getting approved can vary and can be lengthy. However, it's totally worth it! Especially how expensive Austin is getting. I was barely making ends meet prior to moving here, and can now focus on bettering myself and focus more on my kids. I feel extra safe living here knowing that they do a thorough background check on all tenants. Only thing I wish is they have a pool lol but it's great place just mind your business and better yourself and enjoy your place!"

"Leasing agent was extremely rude to me when I got there. The office was closed when I first arrived so I waited until they were back from lunch. No big deal to me. But then they were 15 minutes late coming back and when I turned around to walk away am employee came out of the backside of the office and rudely asked if she could help me. Like I didn’t belong there. After asking if they had any apartments available she again rudely said no and that they were on a wait. I was only polite with my replies and yet she kept having an attitude. Disappointing but glad I know before I spent any more time or money on them."
