"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Yes, the location is good BUT….. The roach problem is real and ongoing. The management is rude and non responsive. Service needs are met very slowly. Rude, loud neighbors. ZERO SECURITY PRESENCE AT NIGHT. Gunshots heard at night. Some buildings are settling and tilting. Ownership is shady, charging weird fees. Rents are going up quickly. Packages are stolen regularly. Your car will get dinged up in the parking lot or broken into. Good luck finding a parking spot. Good luck moving out without drama regarding balance owed, even if you do everything right. You have been warned."

"Scam! Mold coming out of pipes and they will not fix or acknowledge. Faulty electric wiring. Reported them to city code compliance! Drugs and broken glass products everywhere. Broken outdoor showers , broken molded laundry rooms !"

"Came in today to get a quote and some info. Bradley helped me out, he an answer for every question. Took me on a wonderful tour of the apartment and even in a few different. The fact that they have 2 dog parks is the best. Best experience out of all the spots I've checked out. Definitely excited to be staying here."

"We’ve been living here for several months. Our experience here keeps going from bad to worse. It started with a roach infestation a few months after we moved in. The pest control would come by over and over and nothing would change. Finally we took things into our own hands and found a product which has been working great. We haven’t seen anything in about a month. Then we had water coming into our apartment. The first time it happened several months ago, the maintenance person came by and had a look but never did anything. The second time it happened the maintenance person came by, had a look, removed the mat outside the entrance of the apartment, mopped, and nothing else. I was told the main person in charge would come by to see exactly what needs to be done, but that didn’t happen. When I speak to whoever answers the phone they sound like they don’t even care. Now, I am writing this as I sit in my wet living room floor for a third time. Don’t move here, it’s not worth the headache."
