"If I could give myself 0 stars for actually living here, I would... DO NOT recommend this place at all. We moved in to find used condoms in the closet, years worth of dirt on the ceiling fan in the bedroom, missing door viewer, and 3 pages of issues we're STILL trying to get fixed 5 months in.... We were told the unit was freshly renovated. NOPE! The register vent in the bathroom is corroded, the laminate flooring peeling up, and ALL BUT ONE drawer in the kitchen AND Bathroom is attached, the others being just set into position or falling apart. We've dealt with cockroaches from day one, and MULTIPLE issues with mice. They love to eat holes through the ceiling drywall for some reason. And let's not forget the neighbors. Up all night in the community area yelling at each other, drinking, and sometimes blaring music. You call the number provided for noise complaints and nothing gets done. Supposed ban on grills, but there's one set up and in use all the time by the people around me. Then we have the garbage everywhere. Cans, bottles, broken glass, food containers... You name it, it's all over the place. You can't open your windows without being assaulted by the smell of rotten trash, alcohol, and cigarettes. Had tried to call the after hour service for noise complaints, but they never come. Neighbor has a business that they run in a bedroom, which is beside ours. Hard to get sleep. I would rather go back to being homeless living under the overpasses than renew my lease here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

"This place is filthy, disgusting, I left an hour after seeing the place, due to a family emergency, still harassing me with money I owe them for living there for 60 minutes. BUGS , BLACK MOLD, refrigerator had intense PISS SMELL, cabinets furniture stained in grease."

"I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Here are a few key things for you to consider if you are thinking about signing the lease or moving here: - Constant cockroach infestation regardless of how many times you requested maintenance for pest control or how clean you kept the apartment. - Constant water outages, up to 2-3 times/week at times. The leasing staff doesn’t bother to email residents to let them know beforehand. Even if they do, they would email you the wrong estimated time of water restoration. - Advertised with a gated community but the gates didn’t work for more than 2/3 of the time I lived here, causing homeless people to wander around the apartment. - Washer/dryer machines constantly broke down with clothes still inside. Recently they only opened laundry rooms from 8 am-5 pm during weekdays and closed during weekends due to homeless people. Instead of fixing the root of the problem- the broken gate, they would ask you to come to their sister property, Emerson apartment to do laundry. - It takes maintenance staff a while to come following the initial maintenance requests, about 1 week for emergency repairs and 2-4 weeks for general repairs. - Incompetent and pathetic leasing staff, especially the guy named Ray, who purposely ignore your emails or phone calls to avoid confrontation and try to delay the problems for as long as they can. - Loud and inconsiderate neighbors who play loud music or sing karaoke at any time during the day or night. - Hideous fees you have to pay on top of the rent, specifically community cleaning fees. The whole property is littered with beer bottles and dog feces/urine. - Although the apartment is close to downtown, it is definitely not a safe neighborhood to live so please do your research before making a decision."

"I visited my friends apartment. Very low quality house, zero maintenance trash throughout property and unsafe environment. No respond from management even from office trap hole. Be safe consider the review before leasing."

"Not a good place to live at all. My AC Unit did not work properly. Had a major issue with mine and it took them 3 to 2 months to attempt to fix it. Instead they brought me a small plug-in AC unit. And then took it away from me after 1 month. Water issue on the 3rd floor with the broken dish-washer flooded my unit and destroyed most of my belongings. Do not trust the laundry mat. Homeless people walk around the complex at night and plot to steal things. My laundry was stolen twice. Plus, my room window was broken and during the winter storm no one came to fix it. The building is shifting and seems very un-safe on the 3rd floor. There's cracks in the stairs. Fights happen alot around the complex. Had a Possum in the walls of my first unit. People let their dogs and bad kids run around the units un-attended. Bathtubs are painted over the dirt to look as good as new before you move-in. May not happen to you, but it happen to me. They use the pool just to advertise. BTW it's not open for the year. The Gym has blackouts daily. Becareful running on the treadmill. OMG Just not happy with this place at all. I suggest if you want a better place to live in Austin. DO NOT STAY HERE!"
