When I raised the issue, they acknowledged their mistake but took no corrective action, leaving me dissatisfied with their handling of the situation."

"RENTERS BEWARE!!! The leasing office WILL hold your REFUNDABLE application deposit ($300 + fees) even if you don't get approved for an unit. They say to contact them with any questions you may have, but they will ignore your emails if you ask for a timeline on the refund. I went to the office in person a few weeks ago and was told that "the check wasn't ready." They're quick to take your money online but they'll only write paper checks for refunds. They'll tell you that "it may take up to 30 days" and they'll call you when it's ready for pickup. Not when you ask for it. They don't care if it inconveniences you. I was in the middle of a move and the refund would have helped with the expenses. They have absolutely no reason to hold your money for so long if you ain't moving in. It's NOT their money!!! I'm still waiting for my refund! Incredibly shady of them! So, proceed with CAUTION!"
