"Water saga continues! Put in another request last month because water had reverted back to its old ways (it never was fixed like before last December). Almost two weeks later I had to go to the office to check on the status of it. Got told a part was needed. Welp, they took so long to fix it that now, my whole side of the complex will be without hot water for possibly a week. They said they had one of the water heaters fixed but the office couldn’t tell me how many lucky people this would cover. If my issue had been addressed the first time, we probably wouldn’t have an extreme issue right now! Sad part, the location and pricing are great. Sadly, most of the staff not so much."

"Do NOT live here. The maintenance, management and security is awful. I have had consistent water leaks in my roof due to careless efforts to fix the rodent problem in the roofs. The first time this happened earlier this year there was a hole in my living room roof exposing the attic and it took 2 months for a construction team to come fix it. Half of my apartment I am paying for went under construction for a month and yet the water leak issue is still happening. Currently the problem is HAPPENING AGAIN and the roofing in my laundry room and balcony is broken apart because of water leaks from the rodent problem. I have emailed, called and put in a maintenance request to the office for assistance MULTIPLE times within this week and there has been 0 progression forward. A maintenance man came to assess the situation, block the pipe and said he will be back in 30 minutes. This was 2 days ago and he has yet to come back. I am sitting here in the apartment I pay for looking at my destroyed ceiling. I did not sign a lease to have rodents and water leaks be an everyday issue. I advise you do not make this mistake as well. Attached are some photos of the current issue (notice the squirrel looking down saying hi!) and the previous construction I had to deal with."

He emailed me back quickly, always answered my calls. He's very really personable too and just nice to talk with, you don't feel like an annoyance or rushed with him at all. Super nice guy!"

I've clocked in a year here and it's been hassle-free. The staff, especially Cindy and Anthony, have been standout – always approachable and quick to help. Any issues or concerns? They're sorted out promptly, and the maintenance team doesn't miss a beat. If you're on the hunt for a place, I'd genuinely recommend giving Waterloo Flats a look. It's been a great experience on my end."

"With the renovations in progress the updated apartments are amazing. Wood floors, fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The area is perfect and you'll never be bored. Good place to live. Definitely worth a look. Check it out for yourself."
