"Worst management! Had 8 amazon fresh packages delivered but elevator does not work. Just frustrated and came here to give a hard negative review. Management is blind and does not see that every now and then their elevators stops working. They charge best rent with pathetic services. 3-4 days in row and no one cares to repair the elevator which was installed in 1980(s I guess). Just get the damn elevator fixed or refund the rent. STAY AWAY from this place. VERY SLOW SERVICE. IF I WILL HAVE TO PICK ALL MY groceries PACKAGES WITHOUT ELEVATOR THEN WHY I AM PAYING YOU RENT. I COULD GO TARGET AND DO THAT. DECIDED TO LEAVE."
"The staff in the leasing office are entitled and have no sense of customer service. I went in to look at the upper a friends recommendation. Upon arrival, the young lady manning the desk was the most unenthusiastic leasing agent I have ever come across in my life. She couldn't be bothered to stand up and greet me. She just gave me this cold blank stare as if I was interrupting her day. I asked if she was the only one there and unfortunately she was. I introduced myself and had to prompt her for her name. I asked don't you have a last name. She replied,"No, just Aubrey". Well " Just Aubrey" lost a sale because she is the last person anyone wants to deal with when it comes to renting an apartment. Also, my friend who lives there says that the staff is awful. Not worth the time or money. Look elsewhere there are way better options and less noise."

"The office is always super helpful when booking the conference room for my meetings! If the conference room is ever full, we have a wonderful clubroom upstairs where I can work from with WiFi! Amenities are amazing and I enjoy the resident events in our clubroom as well!"
"This place is terrible. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Not sure why people that only went on a tour of the property would even review it, unless it was suggested by management. Look for yourself and a ton of the most recent reviews are just that, which doesn’t make any sense. The place is filthy, there is dog pee/poop all over the halls. Trash gets left everywhere given there’s no trash cans anywhere around the property. Elevators are always out of service so sometimes there is only one working for the whole building. As another review noted, one time the only working elevator was covered in human vomit for a whole weekend. Fire alarms go off constantly and it’s been an issue since we moved in. People don’t even evacuate the building as it is always a false alarm. Worst thing is that it usually happens during the night or early morning, so you can’t even sleep. Not sure how they haven’t been fined as they don’t seem to be capable of keeping safety equipment in working condition. If you have a question or request you literally have to go looking for management to get it addressed as they never answer the phone. You can also try this for yourself, give them a call at the number they provide here and see if they answer. More than once we had to go back and remind them even though they would “make a note”. We’ve also had billing errors multiple times and always get charged late fees even though it was due to their faulty system. The advice management gave us was to send more money each month “just in case”. New management moved everyone into a new access system that works half the time. Because of this they usually have to leave doors/garage open for people to be able to access the building, which is not secure at all. They have a locker system for deliveries but somehow packages get lost or stolen all the time and management doesn’t do anything about it. Avoid it. There are multiple alternatives within walking distance."
