"I visited all the apartments around here and the Marlowe was the best by far! The rent is similar to others, but the amenities are unmatched! The lady’s in the office and maintenance guys are extremely nice and accommodating!!! This apartment and surrounding area is very safe! Walking distance to bars and restaurants, plus it’s located right across from Lady Bird lake."

"do not rent an apartment here, even on Sundays they work on the construction of a new apartment. you cannot work, sleep or relax in this apartment because the construction is still ongoing. We have been living here since the very beginning of the building and it is getting worse every year and the rent is still rising. We are currently counting down the time until we move out. Really, if you are considering moving into this apartment, don't do it, you will regret it. Because although nothing is happening on the other side of the building right now, construction is also about to start, so take care of your peace and good working conditions, especially if, like us, you work remotely. And work on the construction site lasts 10 hours every day"

"I moved into The Marlowe a little while ago. From the tour process to moving in Sydney, Vanesza, and Madison helped out so much, finding me the perfect home I absolutely love!! The amenities are breathtaking and we had such a fun winter party with drinks, food, and vendors which is one of my favorite perks of living here so far. Maintenance technicians John and Paul helped resolve a minuscule problem immediately and were so nice. I love the views, location next to the lake, and the team making me feel very welcome. :)"

"Living at The Marlowe has been amazing! I genuinely can't imagine living anywhere else in Austin. The amenities here are top notch. The rooftop pool has amazing views of the city and Ladybird Lake. There are tvs and grills up there so you can make use of it even when it's not a pool day. The fitness center is spacious, has a turf field in the middle, and is consistently clean and well-equipped. The coworking space is a perfect for remote workers. There's even a golf simulator if you like to play. The location is great too– right across from the Ladybird Lake boardwalk, perfect for walks or jogs. Plus, being 10 minutes away from east 6th street and downtown Austin is pretty convenient. There are good places to eat in walking distance too: Rosita's Tacos, Chi'Lantro, Mour Cafe, Buzzmill food trucks, and Frazier's Long and Low Bar. The Marlowe's leasing office staff is great. They're professional, kind, and communicative. They organize fun resident events which has created a real sense of community. Thanks to these events, I've made wonderful friends right here in the building. It's nice to have people to hangout with without needing to go anywhere."
