"As a current resident I would suggest finding somewhere else to live. Residents were made aware that the pool/grilling area was going to be shut down for renovation in November but would still be ready at the start of the new year. After four months of no communication from Camden, we were informed that the renovation had been delayed and now there is no timeline for the area to be reopened which means it likely won't be available all summer. On top of that, we were not offered any rent concession for the amenities that we pay for but can't use and instead offered 3 day passes per month to other pools. If you want to enjoy the amenities and pool that you are paying for in your rent, you should not choose here."
