"I hate writing bad reviews but this apartment is going downhill fast. The pros are that I love my actual apartment unit and all the staff I’ve met have been great. The cons are that for what we pay, this place is a complete dump. There is trash all over the halls, the stairs, the elevators, and the parking lot. This apartment complex is huge and yet they don’t have a cleaning service.. the same trash in the hallways has been there for months.. there’s still Christmas tree branches in the elevator from December and a cat litter box in the stairs for 3 months.. Cars in the parking lot get broken into weekly and they don’t even clean up the glass. I’ve now had 2 flat tires from driving over broken glass because it’s all over the ground. On top of this we pay a $30 trash fee a month which is more expensive than downtown trash valet prices, and yet the trash valet service here is absolutely HORRIBLE. Management, please do something.. I pay almost $3,000 to live at a place that I’m embarrassed to bring my friends/family to."

"My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost 2 years and plan on renewing again. When we moved in, I was a little nervous due to some bad reviews under the prior management company. I am so glad we decided to give it a shot anyway. Management has always been so friendly and helpful — Tattiana is who we always go to for help and she is amazing! When we moved in, there was a building advertisement covering one of our windows and I asked her if we could get it removed for more natural light. Within a couple of days, she sent a team of people to remove the ad. That’s when I knew we could trust management to take care of us. We haven’t really had any bug issues or major maintenance problems. Any maintenance issues that we’ve had have been fixed within a day or two. I also love the location of the place — so walkable to all of the great restaurants and bars of the East side and right off the bike path that takes you downtown. Highly recommend it here!"

"Solid place to live if you are moving to Austin and unsure where to! The location is so prime, close to everything on East but still far enough away where noise isn't an issue. The visitor parking system they have is also so nice, I wish my apartment had that. And, I have never seen an issue with the security of their doors and garage gates, so that's made me feel safe for sure. Also, Tatti is so helpful -- she's very responsive and is always looking out for the community residents."

"Just finished a year here & plan on renewing. I have not a single bad thing to say about this complex. Management is helpful & easy to contact, maintenance requests are filled in a timely manner, everyone on the property is respectful, never had an issue with my packages being stolen, doors are always locked (secure building compared to most) trash room is always clean & never overflowing with garbage. Now it’s a bit pricey but from reviews I’ve seen of other complexes, this one is an A+"

"This is a Beautiful property, not boring looking like most. Its very unique from the bright colors to the amazing art work in parking garage. Super close restaurants and Downtown.Spacious studio just right for me and my puppy Winchester. Absolutely loved the pet playground and rooftop lounge, fitness studio always a plus. Huge shout out to Krista (property manager) my experience was fantastic!"
