"Great place to live... maintenance is on spot. *** Since the last review, I have to say things have gotten worse, moved out because of the many issues I've been having with constant construction near my unit and personal injury caused by it. Emailed management about my experience and injury but no reply back or apology from them. Would not recommend this place anymore***"

"08/24/2023 5:33 PM Ms. Cuthbertson, Understood. However, there is not enough counter-space in these tiny units to place a dish-rack to dry dishes. If you remove the dishwasher, you are stating that I will be left with a nasty hole between the sink and refrigerator? How long will I have to wait for a functional storage cabinet? It is a shame that Avenue5 chooses not to take corrective action to address problems, but chooses to eliminate them by providing nothing in return no matter how much inconvenience it causes the resident lease-holders. A dishwasher is a useful and convenient appliance in these teeny-tiny sub-standard "studio" units lacking real apartment-sized counterspace, even after renovations. Existing legacy lease-holders are forced to live in sub-standard units while new residents, contractors working on renovations, and Avenue5 staff enjoy living in the clean nicely appointed newly renovated units. We are blessed with hand-me-downs from the renovated units. In the event that the hand-me-downs malfunction, they are eliminated and we have to do without. That is the perception you provide. When Damon and Ronald left on Tuesday, Damon set the dishwasher to run the Short-Wash cycle. Since Damon ASSURED me that the problems were fixed, and I believed him that the repairs were complete, I stopped the cycle and did not see water yet. Today I filled the dishwasher since I do lots of cooking to save money, and started the Normal-WASH cycle, all seemed fine. Not until it was about ¾ of the way thru did I start to see flooding. It seems your modus operandi for maintenance repairs is to replace already defective appliance with other used and defective appliances so that in the end you can just eliminate them. Problem solved. No appliance. No problem. Hotel rooms advertised under the guise of "fully furnished" with "all standard appliances" apartment home studios. It is not the case. Most Bonafide apartment home rental properties in your rental-cost range have dishwashers as a part of the STANDARD amenities and convenience offerings. Although Avenue5 advertises free cable and internet and convenient appliances, it seems prospective residents will receive LESS for their money if they choose to live here aside from the other problems. Hell, we don't even have balconies, dog-park area, or safe, reliable professional security. The brightly lit sign on the top of the lobby roof says ALL BILLS PAID, and signs along Gracy Farms Lane say CABLE & INTERNET included, ONLY because residents can't get their own services since Gracy Farms Studios is NOT properly ZONED. When we able to obtain personal utility services, you will need to greatly reduce the cost of rent. This is THE DOMAIN community; not THE HOOD. But we are treated as if we are already in The Hood. When will this property be Zoned as a qualified residential home property? It is still Zoned as a commercial hotel-type property so we are not able to obtain normal residential utility service contracts with providers. Nothing personal Victoria, and I appreciate your apology yesterday. But I now question the sincerity of your apology to me yesterday regarding the demeaning, discriminatory, and undignified treatment I have been receiving by staff before, and more-so since the 911 harmful chemical vapor incident You can strip me of my dignity, my safety, my appliances, and quality of life; but you will not strip me of the documented TRUTH. "The units are really nice and new. All of the furnishings feel really new. The staff is always available to help you with what you need. Victoria, CiCi, and Marcia are amazing. The pool is really refreshing and you can walk right to the domain. I love that taco deli is so close. All the people that live here are really friendly, this place is great."
