"I was on vacation for 2 weeks and came back to no hot water or heat from my ac unit. Prior to my vacation, I had already submitted 2 emergency requests to fix the ac heat. And they never fixed it while I was gone. The maintenance is the worse team I've ever experienced. This new property management is terrible! My wife and I can't even properly use hot water for cooking or showering."

"Don’t pick this apartment for any reason, they will not take care of maintenance requests/ referrals Process. Move in managers Hester & Chelsea will not respond to any requests/ provide any useful move In information. Not sure why the move in managers are there as part of the process"

"Thank you to Bashar & Hussein who responded promptly when my refrigerator stopped working. They tried to fix the issue on hand and were not able to but reassured me that they would resolve this promptly. Hussein came within a couple of days to replace the refrigerator and was so nice, courteous and friendly and replaced the refrigerator in little time. Appreciated his enthusiasm."

"Love my apartment and it’s been great living there however there are frustrations. the office the phone will ring no matter what time you call, and it always says they have stepped away from desk. Rent has gone up significantly yet I have seen no major improvements to justify the increase. The green spaces have been destroyed. Before I saw beautiful greenery now I see horrible maintained backyards from the houses behind us. The gates are never closed which after two years of living there i have never received a clear answer as to why they are always open. An abundance of Kids think riding their bike in the middle of the street is acceptable as their parents watch from their balconies."
